DJ Electronics' staff encompass a wide range of technical knowledge, and with that, comes our support capability.
We operate our own group of service agents throughout Australia and New Zealand.
We can:
- Provide product analysis reports on potential new products and reports on faulty returned products to assist in warranty claims and product improvements.
- Provide general warranty and technical support for both large and small organizations.
- Take your Consumer calls on your behalf, Handle overflow or difficult customer enquires, or simply add a next level of support to your existing support team.
- Set up to track spare parts usage and advise on requirements.
- Repair, modify, or upgrade large amounts of return product for resale, we currently repair, pack, and ship TVs, DVDs, VCRs and Hifi Systems in large quantities every week.
- Ship in and out on pallets and provide forklift facilities to load and unload trucks as required.
