We take care of the whole process from start to finish - Repairs are shipped in to us from retail distribution centers via semi-trailer, unloaded into our warehouse, unpacked, sorted, expertly repaired & tested by our technicians, then cleaned, repacked and loaded back on the trucks for resale or return to customers.

Our phone staff are all qualified technicians in a variety of electronic fields, and can offer support for just about any audiovisual product line. Even if your product has previously been unsupported, we can analyze it and establish the most efficient way to assist your customers in getting the most from it.
We are also capable of verifying existing warranties, and handling spare parts orders for consumer level spares, such as remote controls, user manuals, etc, then liaising with your spare parts department to arrange shipping direct to customers.
